Anyway to negotiate a contract?

I was looking at a way to negotiate the Lumia 1020 £99 initial charge for the £20 phone plane on refresh. The chat people are not in a position to do this and i don't know what number to call.

Honestly, I don't want to have to go to Three but they do offer better deals. Is there anyone I can talk to at o2 about this?

Many find a better haggling experience at High-Street Store Level !

If they have not hit their quota for contracts then one has a bit more scope.

Yeah, then I do "It's about something else" and then, call the number but my options are "To call about the number you are calling from press 1, to use a different number press 2" That doesn't imply it's a sales line. I just want an option that say "Thinking of joining O2"
