Any way to upgrade 4g to 5g

I have recently bought a new 5g phone and was wondering if i can upgrade my 4g contract to a 5g one.

If you have a 5G phone, a 5G sim and in a 5G area then you will get 5G.

You don't have to upgrade your tariff.
