Calling Cs for payg is only free on pay as you go go go tariffs.

Other than that it's 25p per call to 4445

Hi.

In an ideal world it would be free as it is for contract customers when they dial Cs on 202.

They tried that years ago, you spend more time answering prank calls from kids more than actually helping customers, the sales line is full of them.

Ah good point @Anonymous but as they have introduced the service (4445) as free for pay as you go go go ,then it seems unbalanced not to apply the same for the other payg tariffs.

Just my take on the subject. slight_smile
