I signed up to a 2 year contract with an iPhone 13 in September 2022. From day one, I've had almost no mobile signal. To the point where podcasts and songs will routinely stop several times to buffer and iMessages hardly ever send unless I'm connected to wifi.
I've complained to O2 and they've given me 2 new sim cards and reset my settings several times and nothing works.
Generally, I'm getting less than 1mbps wherever I am.
What can I do because I don't want to be with this provider anymore.
