Does anyone know if I can return these if the box has been opened? I haven’t worn them I just opened the box to see how big and the shape the earbuds where. I do know with distance selling regulations I do have a right to a refund. I know that you can return them to apple within 14 days when opened yet 02 state you can’t? Can someone clarify this?

Yes of course you can. No reason needs to be given either.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
