Can someone explain why I have not received the full 500 minutes of calls. My o2 app shows only 495 minutes allowance and I haven’t used my phone yet.

If this is a new contract your first month gives you pro rata allowances until your first bill.
This is usually only a couple of days until your billing cycle is adjusted.

Hey @Anonymous did you manage to find out the cause of the missing minutes? Would the suggestion above regarding if it's a new contract explain it?
