I recently joined O2 on pay as you go and kept my original mobile number. Now when I go to My O2 on either a PC or my phone, it says i have no products so I cannot view any account information. Has anyone else encountered this? thanks, Ian

How do I stop receiving premium texts that charge my account. Why can't o2 stop them. This month I have been charge £15 for four messages? I don't know where they are coming from and can't seam to stop them.
