Hello I’ve notice on my statement I’ve used extra airtime I don’t see how I’ve used £50 something as I never go over can someone please help and explain this to me

We are a customer based community so we can't access accounts etc 

Usually you can find extra charges listed in MYO2  in your account bills etc 

If it is not there you should contact o2 customer services Here
