My contract is up on 5th April and I have paid it off. I need to cancel my airtime bill as I have taken out a new contract still on o2 but through carphone warehouse. I can’t get anyone on the online chats or over the phone. Is there another way I can cancel it to start my new one?

You can cancel by text Guide: Cancelling Your Contract 

but if you want to keep your number, you must speak to customer service Guide: How to find help & contact O2
