Adjustment - how do I find out what it was for?

My June bill was slightly higher than expected.  The bill showed that there was an Adjustment - but there's no detail about what it was for.  I have tried to contact O2, texting #myO2 to 2020, several times over the last two weeks, each time getting a "We are busy" message in return.  Help pages on the O2 website are useless, and I keep going round in circles.  How do I find out what the charge was actually for?  The cost is immaterial - it's the frustration that I'm finding it so difficult to obtain what should be straightforward info that's got to me now - thanks in advance :slight_smile:

@gvloved1

Adjustments can cover many things and it isn't always clear unfortunately.

A common reason is the end of a discounted tariff period for example.

There are some numbers here to try Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support and

advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
