My June bill was slightly higher than expected. The bill showed that there was an Adjustment - but there's no detail about what it was for. I have tried to contact O2, texting #myO2 to 2020, several times over the last two weeks, each time getting a "We are busy" message in return. Help pages on the O2 website are useless, and I keep going round in circles. How do I find out what the charge was actually for? The cost is immaterial - it's the frustration that I'm finding it so difficult to obtain what should be straightforward info that's got to me now - thanks in advance

Adjustments can cover many things and it isn't always clear unfortunately.
A common reason is the end of a discounted tariff period for example.
There are some numbers here to try Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support and
advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
