I was charged extra last month (only 45p) for something that could not be explained and was told that this would be credited on my next account. First of all it hasn't been credited, no big deal, it's only 45p. However, I'm now charged an additional 55p on my current bill. I do not send picture messages by text, I only do this via WhatsApp. What I have noticed is that the one phone number is suspect. It is 07341 474131. I've only sent text to this number not pictures or even icons.

can you explain?
