Adding a number from another supplier

(What does Select Board mean?!) 

I would like to add my partners phone and number to my acccount. He is currently with another supplier. 
How might I do this?

Your partner needs to get a PAC from their network and then bring that into O2 on a new O2 contract.

As far as I am aware you can't add any other network phone to your O2 account.

You would both need to be with O2. They could then be managed via My O2.
