Add a pay & go to my account

I have a pay monthly account but I operate a separate phone for my elderly father who has pay & go. Can I register his phone on my account and check his balance and top it up when needed? I want his to stay on pay & go as he is a light user. thanks, Robert

Good evening,

I believe the payg account would need to be registered in your name/address etc to link accounts.

Speak to Uk Customer Services on 202 > Contract / 4445 > Payg for clarification.

You can then use this to link them.

 Link your accounts

Then you just use the MyO2 drop down box at the top of the page, and click on 'view linked accounts' then select the one you wish to look at.
