Hi,
I'm trying to set up WiFi calling on my Pay Monthly account for an iPhone, but I'm just going round in circles. The set-up guide directs me to My O2 and a "Device Details" section that doesn't seem to exist. I do have a "More" drop-down on the account page which includes "WiFi and 4G Calling", but when I click this I just end up going through a series of web pages about the feature, and then end up back on the set-up guide page I started out at.
Can anyone please tell me how I do actually activate it in my account?

O2 need to activate it on your account first.
You also need to have the iData bolt on.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
