Really wishing I never merged accounts because now my account is stuck on the wrong account holder and not even o2 can change this for some reason!

As you have been told already - Account names cannot be changed....
Why did you merge an account you were closing down anyway?

Actually yes I does matter because if they send me things like post or email in the wrong name will this always form some sort of conflict if I have to deal with anything

I had the number transferred and that number is still some how associated with her name even though its my contract
