Account login problems

I tried logging in to my O2 account today but password was wrong. Tried forgotten password, but I need access to my O2 phone which I don't currently (phone is broken & need to get new handset) or to my email account which again I don't as it was my college email and I have left college. Contract is up this month, so need to sort asap. Live chat didn't help as whilst I explained the position clearly having gone through security, all I got was a link to reset the password via my college email which I can't access! Any ideas, please?

I think you need to speak to O2.
