I am visiting Germany with a iPhone SE ver 16.5. I have a monthly account and roaming data enabled but can’t access mobile internet. Any help appreciated

Check your mobile data settings and if necessary change them to mobile.o2.co.uk under APN

Also. Make sure 4G Calling (Volte) is enabled if you don't want problems making calls

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
