I have asked for a refund as I paid twice last month and I am just wondering when will I get it back as I ask for it nearly 2 weeks ago

This happens when you make a manual payment too close to the direct debit date
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

That credit amount will be used against next month's payment, @M0 - it is unlikely you will get it refunded before next payment falls due - but do take @jonsie's advice above if you really are facing hardship as a result of the overpayment for this month. There is a specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 - that you can use, from any phone. Good luck!
