About An Order

Hope this is the right place to talk about this..

Anyway I placed a new order for and Ipad Air 16GB 5GB Data on the 14th Aug and the day after I got a text saying sorry out of stock at the moment and then it went on to say we are expecting more on 19 Aug we will text you again with a new date for delivery but today my order is still in progres and still no word of a new date for delivery.. I know it says can take upto 7days but with me getting the text the day after make me think it would still be here by now if they was come coming on the 19th Aug

Is this normal to happen iv been with o2 for meny years with two o2 contract phone for me and my other half.

 could any one at all work out when I might get my order.. Im only asking as I go away on my holidays next week and didnt wont it to turn up then as i would of liked to of taken it with me

I can understand that it might take longer as maybe alot of people have tuck up the sort of offer I got

I would class this as both false advertising and also obtaining money by deception O2 could be in real trouble with this

Well from my mesage about next day post i ended up ringing them back and telling them about my findings on ther site well guess what i have just got a text AND email only 2min before I made this post i now have a tracking number for it to be here tomorrow (( And they say if your pushy you dont get anywere lol )) well it seems it helped me...

I just wanna say thank to all of you that replyed with all the help you have given me.. I am not a one hit wonder where i get help and then you dont here from me on the site again.. i can help other as much as i can i know alot about info about phones etc and if that can help anyone then im willing to help out..

I have been with o2 for over 10 years and today is the first time I have needed to join the forum lol

I am used to forums myself as i own one myself on my website its not much its just for my work as im a mobile entertainer doing partys and stage magic/mentalism and close-up and i alot of close-up useing mobile phones etc long story but thats i little bit about me lol
