About An Order

Hope this is the right place to talk about this..

Anyway I placed a new order for and Ipad Air 16GB 5GB Data on the 14th Aug and the day after I got a text saying sorry out of stock at the moment and then it went on to say we are expecting more on 19 Aug we will text you again with a new date for delivery but today my order is still in progres and still no word of a new date for delivery.. I know it says can take upto 7days but with me getting the text the day after make me think it would still be here by now if they was come coming on the 19th Aug

Is this normal to happen iv been with o2 for meny years with two o2 contract phone for me and my other half.

 could any one at all work out when I might get my order.. Im only asking as I go away on my holidays next week and didnt wont it to turn up then as i would of liked to of taken it with me

I can understand that it might take longer as maybe alot of people have tuck up the sort of offer I got

I had an email from o2 on the 12th aug saying I could get and Ipad air with no upfront cost and I could get it within 7days. it also said that when I started to place the order on the site. they said on the phone they was ment to get the new stock on the 19th but they didnt turn up (to me they was just making that up lol) so now i have to wait till the 1st sep.

I understand your frustration and obviously can't deny or confirm what you think May have occurred.

I would use the complaint link to put your thoughts forward officially.

I hope you get the iPad ASAP if you decide to stick with it and wait.

I think the new Ipad air will be out by the time I get this one lol.. I would not mind if they keep you upto date with text or email but not a word untill I ring them myself.. If they like to keep us happy at least they could do is text or email so we are upto date or things like this will happen where we are not happy...

Have you worked out how much your paying overall for the iPad ?

Mine is wifi only 16gb iPad Air for £399 from the Apple Store.

Wifi and cellular equivalent is £499 from Apple

yes over 24months at £15 a month its about £360 its like a lone thing o2 are doing then £15 for the 5GB data and the ipad is Wifi and cellular thats why i tuck the deal it sounded good.. I have always had an ipad and Mac so when I seen that deal I ordered it

mine is only £720 with the deal i'm getting £15 for ipad and £15 for data a month
