£90 airtime bill....

Extortionate bill.

 

I reviewed my charges and there is a £60 charge in the "Other charges & credits" section.

 

To clarify, I've used my phone as a hotspot and to call our broadband provider this month (BB provider charge has come under the phone calls section and i imagine hotspot used my data and didnt incur any other charges??)

 

Would an admin please be able review my account and explain why I am being charged so much??

 This is a customer forum, no one from O2 will read this. I expect it might be because of the data & the fact a hotspot was created.

 

call cs on 202 as we cannot see accounts here
