725 minutes of calls

Why is it that when I try to make a phone call I get told that my balance is zero and I am put through to a numbe to top up, and yet when I check my balance it says I have 725 minutes of calls left???

It's because you don't have credit.
The minutes, texts and data you get are part of a bundle which is displayed in your MyO2 but the message is actual money on the account.
CS can turn off the notification if you give them a call on 4445

It could be that you have no credit left and the number you are calling is chargable, hence you are being diverted to the top up line.
