I have just moved to O2 and have changed my phone from an iphone7+ to a iPhone 13 do I need a new sim to enable 5g

Yes you will nee a 5g sim.

Get one from any O2 store or by contacting O2 online.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
