Daughter has a 5g apple phone, and shes just got the contract in her name.  Bar having issues with number migration, the sim card that was given to her for her own contract says its 4g.  Can she still use this or does she need a 5g sim?

Many thanks in advance x

A 4g sim can be used by obviously won't receive 5g.

This is only an issue though if you are in a 5g area and wish to receive 5g.

If you do, pop into any O2 store to get a 5g sim.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
