4G or 5G esim?

Hi I just received my esim pack for my Samsung s20, the pack says 4G but my Sim Card is 5G as the S20 supports 5G. I know o2 5G coverage is patchy at best but my question is do I need and can I get a 5G esim pack?

You can't use eSim in an S20.

They are only available for iPhones currently.

You can use in an S20, I have a 4G Esim that works, see below from o2;

The following devices have both a plastic sim card slot and an eSIM:

• iPhone XS Max, XS, XR, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max and SE 2020
• Samsung Galaxy S20 4G, S20 5G, S20 5G Plus and S20 Ultra 5G
• Google Pixel 3 and 3 XL.

More devices will be added this year.
