I just upgraded my plan since I can now get more for the same cost. I've been sent a new SIM which I assume is for a 4G phone. I haven't yet got a new phone, just my Nexus 4. Will the new SIM work in this phone or should I just continue with my existing SIM until I actually get a 4G phone? Cheers, Paul.

Anyway, 5G is just around the corner and we'll all need new sims again wink

I don't know why O2 use different SIMs each time they upgrade technologies as Three manage to enable 3G to 4G on the same SIM.

I count myself very fortunate @anticpated to be in a part of the Uk with strong O2 signal, and am enjoying my current 4G speeds of around 50mbps.

Their is however a downside.

When I commute to an area that makes my iPhone drop to 3G you can tell the massive difference and become Crazy at the reduced speeds.

5G is very definitely a whole new level !

Now where do I get the sim card from  wink

I think it is fair to say that many would be Happy with a decent 3g signal.

Most of the county I live in has outdoor 2g coverage or no coverage from o2 and in the nearest town which does have 3g (h+) it doesn't work due to capacity issues and o2 refuse to resolve it.

50mb is something we can only dream of here.
