Hi,

 

My latest bill has 2x 02 travel charges (total £12) and no details of when or why I incurred these. Please advise...?

Do you live close to a non-EU country, or were you travelling in or near a non-EU country, @Helelizwil

The standard activation charge, once in any 24 hours, for O2 Travel would mean you used the O2 Travel Bolt-on twice:
