25% workplace discount

Hi. I upgraded my phone last year and got a 25% workplace discount applied to my monthly payment. I’ve just changed my tariff through the app to get more data (WiFi is terrible and using more data during lockdown!). Will the discount be carried over automatically or do I need to ask for it to be applied again? Thanks

No it wont be carried over. You have to apply again.
