Ok, I have 2 plans under the same account.

I've recently lost my job due to the terrible state of the UK, so I'm struggling to afford both phone plans on my account.

If I stopped paying  the second line on that account but continued paying the first do o2 cut both off both services as they are both under one account? Or will they just cut off the one service/plan that's potentially not being paid?

I hope this makes sense.

I would contact Payment Management. Even if they just cut off one to start you will end up in arrears and passed to debt recovery, and that is bound to effect the first

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Or Message them

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB)

X (Twitter) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) ,

they should be able to help you

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
