Hi there, I have 2 contracts with iPhones and 2 Apple watches. Both watches are linked to the number that I want to cancel as I am about to pay the device plan off. O2 have said I will therefore need to pay both watches off. I have asked them to link both watches to the other number I have on o2 which I am keeping instead but they are refusing to do this? Essentially trapping me in my contract as I can’t afford to pay over £1000 to pay the watches off? Any advice?
thanks in advance

I'm afraid O2 are correct. If you have a watch linked to a device then you need to pay both off.
Try payment management and see if they can offer some sort of payment plan.
You need to contact payment management.
