I have 2 phones and used to be able to access billing details on my 02 for both of them. Since O2 in its infinite wisdom (sic) changed the webpage I can on access details for one of them. I tried to add the other phone details but is said it is already registered with my 02 - BUT I CANNOT FIND IT.

At the moment O2 are updating their systems during which each device needs a separate log in with a different email.
Lot's of people are having problems
