Hi, I can’t access my o2 app to check my data, I’m entering the password and email address and it just says something went wrong, I’ve used the app for years, now all of a sudden it doesn’t work.

If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app
Instead try the web version
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then
