I have recently taken out 2 mobile contracts, 1 for me and 1 for my daughter. I can only see my daughters mobile details,bills,usage etc. Where is my mobile details? How do I view my usage, bills etc? I spoke to 02 and the advisor said she will raise it as a complaint. Not heard anything and I don't want to be stuck on the phone for an hour and not get anywhere again. How do I view my mobile account with 02. I need to see what is going on? Any ideas?

At the moment O2 have informed us you can't have 2 phones on the same account, while Virgin accounts are integrated an everyone put on the new billing system.
You will need to set up a separate account using a different email address.
Customer Services should know that, but no surprise that they didn't

You need to register for your own MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/ using a different email address to your daughters.
