£15 top up. Is it a gimmick

I recently topped up with o2 for £15 as I understood that I would get 2000 free texts and 750mb free. I received neither!

Has anyone had similar experiences? Is it a gimmick?

Did you change your tariff too?
You need to select the £15 big bundle in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 or by calling 2202 from your phone.
