14 day cooling off period on replacement phone

So I pre-ordered a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra which was delivered on launch day. Approx 4 weeks into owning the device it developed a fault and even though I was outside of the 14 day period O2 kindly offered a brand new replacement instead of sending off for repair. My question is do I now have a new 14 day cooling off period ie. could I swap this for another phone if I decided too?

No, the 14 day cooling off only applies to the start of the contract.

If you want a different device, you would have to pay off your device plan in full, and then upgrade.
