14 day cool off period

Hi, so I bought a phone last Wednesday and I would like to return it as I've since discovered that the contract is longer than other providers for the same phone. I'm still within the cooling down period until 1st April but am aware that all stores are closed at this time. Is there anything I can do at this time?

If you bought instore you can't return it there, as they are now closed.

You should probably give customer services a call before return (if you bought instore).

@Marjo   @Martin-O2 can you ask what the official policy is regarding returns bought instore, surely they should be able to return the same as online sales now.
