£10 phone call on my account to a number I didn’t call?

I paid my bill and noticed it was more expensive than it should have been. I looked it up and saw a number on the account which said 00353873123262
I know i did not make this call and checked my call logs too.

I googled the number and it came up with no results... it also doesn’t show any minutes of how long the call was supposed to be yet it’s charged me £10 and a few pence. I contacted someone from o2 online and found it very hard to get the situation resolved. The situation still is not resolved and just got told they will investigate it.

Ireland :s i dont even know anyone from ireland :s i just spoke to someone else there and they have put the investigation through who ever i spoke to last night faild to do it. But yeah ill go to that link now thank you
