10 percent cashback reward

Instead of me receiving 10% back for my o2 reward I have 10% taken off me, how do I get my money back?

Only thing I can advise on is to check your O2 bill online to see if it is being refunded in anyway. Then armed with all your previous bills you will have to ring O2 customer care and if the staff are of no help ask for a manager until you get one (they are there to sort out any issues you have) Hope it helps you in someway.
