Ahhh the wheels of refunds turn very slowly. ...
Isn't it the same with every big organisation for any type of goods though? I ordered a laptop from Argos....then saw a better deal elsewhere. Rang and cancelled...no problem your money will be back in your account in 10 working days (which is actually 14 with weekends). I argued they took it from my account immediately...all to no avail...So damn frustrating..

Refunds are always pushed to the bottom of any priority business, such as corporate lunches, tea breaks, lunchtimes, management meetings etc.
