I have received a call from the above number claiming to be from O2 and offering me an upgrade to Iphone 11 . I called back the number and it was answered very quickly by someone claiming to be O2 Customer services. Has this happened to anyone

@Shupi

It's a spam call not from O2

Block the number and ignore it.

Hello @Shupi
Welcome to the o2 community forum
Absolutely awful to hear this about calls pretending to be o2 an offering upgrades. These Scams are becoming increasingly tricky. Good you are on your guard.
Best wishes TallTrees

Usually third parties try to sign you up but also can be malicious trying to get your details.
Never accept anything from a cold call and always call O2 directly on 202.
