Good morning, can you tell me please why I can't see a dialled 0800 number on my o2 bill?

All 0800 calls are free so are not shown as a chargeable call.

They are also hidden to protect some customers as call to childline and some other charities are considered as sensitive.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
