Hi

 

New to the board so if this has been ansewered by 02 apologies. The question is; do the 0345 numbers count as part of your free call allownace or are they charged separately?

Yes quite right and customer service were technically correct saying that they aren't free.

True jonsie, as I mentioned previously.....
The confusion comes from the term "free".
They are not "free of charge" but are included with your "free inclusive minutes".....
A small but important distinction.......
