So my latest air time bill is £51.82 - I have Spotify which is £9.99 pm ( they rendomly took £19.98 last month!!)

Tariff charges £15.16

Monthly extras £20.00

Sub total £35.16

Minutes £1.37 ?

Messages £0.00

Data £0.00

Charges when abroad £0.00

Premium & information services £0.00

Things you've bought £9.99 - SPOTIFY

Sub total £11.36

My last month bill was £40.38 !! PLUS my insurance - This is rediculous considering I have a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact ._.

The Z3 Compact is irrelevant in this case as it's Airtime bill only,
I suspect you should look in "monthly extras"

They did the same to me, ramdoly charged me extra £30 in a disconnect line.
