Recently upgraded on new phone and only reason I took the deal was because I was getting my NHS discount and was told it would be easy to set this up.
The website will not allow my NHS email to be entered and says it is not recognised. I do not want to give access to my National Insurance no or my payslip and email address should be significant enough. Could I please ask that someone look into this error on website in order for me input my NHS email
I do not have spare time at the moment to call up 02 just now and have tried online chat and they cannot resolve this for me.
Very frustarting

Unfortunately you'll need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call.

Did you try alternatives?
Code Check and confirmation process: You can text OPEN followed by the company name to 61202 and it will confirm your eligibility and the O2 Open code to use. Make sure you try different variations of your company name if unsuccessful with one version. ie, NHS, health service, health trust, etc.

That's what you need to text to 61202 to get the code @weeejojo
If the code and email address don't align, it will fail.
