Hello, I suffer from O2 clients service..Many times the live chat is anavailable they dont even have an email to contact and the phone call is becoming so difficult.I am living abroad and I feel completed confused with my bills.I cant pay with my Greek card and the do not even give me a bank account to pay them through live chat.Really they are unbelievabe.

You will not be able to pay with your Greek card.

As @Cleoriff says use the free number and speak to them. You can query your bill if you don't understand it and pay over the phone.
If you don't have a UK account then you need to get someone to pay for you over here, either a family member or a friend.
Presumably you have cancelled the direct debit at some point.
