Upgrading Tarrif Question.

Anonymous
Not applicable

If I upgrade my tarrif via the my O2 app, will the existing tarrif be cancelled when the new tarrif is activated, i.e. will I end up just paying the new tarrif instead of the existing one? Or will I pay both until the old contract expires - and I'm assuming the old contract is not automatically renewed?

Cheers.

Assuming you are just changing tariff Your upgrade will cancel your existing tariff, so you will just pay one bill. You can change your tariff and your contract continues for the same length of time as originally.
If you are talking about upgrading your contract completely, this will start a new contract and you will have to pay to end your old one if not run its full term.
