So I'm having a massive problem upgrading.
I want to do my 02 refresh (I've been told by 02 that I can), but when I look at options for upgrading, it gives me sim only options. I can't look at upgrade options that include the handset at all (this is the same in store).
All my bills are paid up to date and there are no blocks on the account. I've spoken to 02 on web chat and I've also been in-store twice. Still no answers. Does anyone have ANY idea why this would be and what I need to do about it?

Have you spoken to customer services on 202 as they are usually better than live chat at resolving issues.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
