Is live chat and the phone lines down? I have been trying all day to connect via live chat and have now been waiting on the phone for nearly 15 minutes!

Personally I've not been able to get connected on live chat all day. Had to resort to a phone call via TU but problem sorted straight away.

Just a message all day on both mobile site, web page asnd complaints page : We are just checking to see if an agent iss available. I was able to get through on the phone to do a sim swap as I didn't have the old sim to do it myself online. I must say it was quite delightful to hear a young lady with a Yorkshire accent
