Would I be charged to call or text 01 numbers despite I am a pay monthly customer?

01 numbers i.e. 01963 etc are all included in your calls (once allowance is used up then they cost) but I do not think that sms are just check the T&C for your contract at the bottom of the page

You shouldnt be charged, up to a maximum number of minutes as determined in the fair usage policy (unlimited isn't truly unlimited! wink )
