RESTRAINT OF TRADE

I have complained to Ofcom ASD THE REQUIRMENT TO USE 4445 INCURS A CHARGE WITH THE RESULY ONE HAS TO PAY TO GO.

ADDITIONALLY THE 4445 SERVICE IS NOT 24 HR AND UNRELIABLE

Is this a question that requires a solution or just a general statement?
4445 is only chargeable on certain PAYG tariffs and if O2 were in breach of regulations it would have been dealt with by OFCOM many years ago.
Please let us know the outcome of your complaint!
